I use to be a strong player, but took a decades long break and my power isn't quite what it was. I started hitting again a few months ago and am in a doubles non-competitive league on Saturday mornings. I would rate myself somewhere between a 3.0-3.5 currently. At 60 years old I am slower to get around the court these days, but can still play pretty well.
