Playoffs/Tournament for: Fall Season Skilled Playoffs

The decision was to merge the qualifiers from Skilled and Skilled2 Divisions mainly because the qualifiers in Skilled2 are very close in level to the higher division. Plus it increased the prize pool to level 4.
